## Order Cancellation
### Before Shipment
1. **Standard Orders**: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped. Please contact our customer service team at cs@edallstore.com / 080 411 57778 to initiate a cancellation.
2. **Custom Orders**: Orders for custom or personalized items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
### After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.
## Refund Policy
### Eligibility for Refunds
1. **Damaged or Defective Products**: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement.
2. **Incorrect Products**: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product or issue a full refund.
3. **Unwanted Products**: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
### Refund Process
1. **Initiating a Refund**: To request a refund, contact our customer service team at cs@edallstore.com / 080 411 57778 with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
2. **Inspection and Approval**: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. **Processing Time**: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
### Non-Refundable Items
1. Damaged due to Mishandling or Wrong use by customer
2. One time use products after the cover is opened.
## Additional Information
1. **Return Shipping Costs**: For unwanted products, return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
2. **Restocking Fees**: A restocking fee of 5 % may apply to certain returned items. This will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
