Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Carrier Services: Edall Store utilizes the services of DTDC and India Post carriers for product delivery. And for DTDC We offer DTDC Normal, DTDC Fast and DTDC Volumetric shipments. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by these carriers.
2. Delivery Timelines: We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase. And we normally dispatch the orders within 01-03 Business days based on the Availability of the product and Shipping Speeds. Delivery timeline once the order is placed is minimum of 01 day and a maximum of 14 days . However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, destination, and carrier schedules.
3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products, delivery destination, and the chosen shipping method. These charges will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
4. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact details. Edall Store will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
5. Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address information, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
6. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your account, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information provided by carriers may take some time to be updated.
7. Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This confirmation serves as proof of delivery.
